Sailor Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto LipRods

this is a reder I made like 2 months ago,
there are the 3d models for sailor saturn, sailor uranus, sailor neptune and sailor pluto

so... I changed mi windows 7 to windows 10... I really regret it,  I can't make any more renders, the program stops cause the renderer vray program fails, no matter if I change of 3dsmax version nor vray version, so until I fix this I won't be able to made 3drenders

if anyone knows a solution plese tell me.
